The terms and conditions contained in this text apply to all the bookings you may make with our travel consultants, over the phone, outlets, email or online.

You may accept to continue your bookings or contact us should you require further explanation regarding the content of this text.

Exact travels offer online travel bookings and other travel related services, acting as agent to several travel industry providers such as airlines, boats and cruise ships, accommodations, car rentals etc. For the purpose of this text, “us”, “we”, “our” “company” refer to Exacttravels.com, Exact Travel Lda and our subsidiaries. We employ the term ‘’you” ‘’your’’ as a reference to our customers and other users of our products and services.

We advise that you acknowledge that we act as a travel agent, acting between the travel services providers and you, who perhaps maybe the end user.

Keep in mind that marketing a travel destination does not imply that we or any of our travel consultants warrant that such destination is without any risk factor. You agree not to hold us liable in any manner for any damage, death or loss resulting from your trip to such destination.

We are not liable to any loss or damage you may incur by the failure of a third-party service provider being unable to provide the products or services booked and paid for due to bankruptcy and or other external factors.

Payments and cancellation

The following payment methods are accepted.

• Cash
• Debit/Credit cards
• Mobile Money transfer such as Mpesa, Airtel Money etc
• Bank transfer

Ensure you get a receipt for every payment made online or over the counter.

You should notify us of all cancellations or changes before your estimated date of departure. Some bookings may be non-refundable. And you may be liable for cancellation or date change penalties in accordance with the third-party service provider fare rules and policy.

 All refunds are subject to the REFUND policy of the relevant third-party service provider. In other words, we can only provide you a refund when we receive such on your behalf from the product or service provider.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents presented for travel are genuine and where applicable has the correct entry and exit clearance as may be required.

The information you submit in this website shall be used for the purpose of your travel bookings and payments. You agree and warrant that such information is not confidential or proprietary. And you take the responsibility to submit accurate and correct information when using our platform for your travel reservation and booking.

We are not responsible or liable for any comment and material submitted by you in our booking and media platform. We reserve the right to block or delete any material that may violate our policy or that may infringe the third-party rights
